# IP addresses to allow

> The static outbound IP addresses Triggr's AWS-hosted services connect from.

Triggr's integration requests, HTTP Request steps, database connections and the webhooks it sends all come from these two addresses. Add both to any allow list those connections must pass, such as a firewall in front of an on-premises PSA or a database.

| IP address | Source |
| - | - |
| `44.212.101.253` | AWS NAT gateway |
| `50.16.128.214` | AWS NAT gateway |

Triggr refuses private IP addresses, so a self-hosted system must be reachable at a public address. The [desktop agent](/desktop-agent/overview) needs no inbound rule: it connects out to `api.triggr-app.com` over HTTPS.
