Triggr’s integration requests, HTTP Request steps, database connections and the webhooks it sends all come from these two addresses. Add both to any allow list those connections must pass, such as a firewall in front of an on-premises PSA or a database. Triggr refuses private IP addresses, so a self-hosted system must be reachable at a public address. The desktop agent needs no inbound rule: it connects out to api.triggr-app.com over HTTPS.
